Image acquisition function

The shooting frequency of the camera is up to 75 frames per second, and the longitudinal field of view is 40cm, which ensures that the belt running speed is not more than 30m/s.
Self-fault identification function
During the operation of the robot, it can detect its own faults, such as motor stall, blocked rotation, camera occlusion and other faults, and can be intelligent voice alarm and automatically recorded.
Protection and cleaning functions
The robot design fully considers the harsh environment of the site, reaches the IP67 protection level, and adopts the automatic cleaning design, the camera is installed on the central axis of the transparent shell, the transparent shell automatically rotates, the camera does not rotate, the transparent shell rotates at the same time, the brush also rotates, realizing the image acquisition is not affected by the cleaning device, to ensure the imaging quality.
Internet function
The explosion-proof computer is connected to the coal mine ring network through the industrial Ethernet, which can accurately, real-time and comprehensively obtain the current operating status data and historical data of the coal mine system network online belt, and all information is centrally stored in a control center, which not only avoids the handover problems that may occur in the manual inspection shift, but also provides data support for the big data intelligent fault warning technology.
