New Era Robot Emergency Rescue Team Debuts on the 12th National Disaster Prevention and Reduction Day

On the morning of May 12th, the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Jiangsu Province and the People's Government of Xuzhou City held the 12th National Disaster Prevention and Reduction Day in Jiangsu Province and the unveiling ceremony of the earthquake resistance and disaster prevention science popularization education base at Xuzhou Institute of Technology. Liu Dawei, Deputy Director of the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Jiangsu Province, and Zhao Liqun, Deputy Mayor, attended the event. The "Xin Era Robot Emergency Rescue Team" initiated by Xuzhou Xinke Robot Co., Ltd. was invited to attend.

At 9:50 Beijing time, a 6.8-magnitude earthquake occurred in a certain area. The local government organized the evacuation and relocation of the affected people. The Xindai Robot Emergency Rescue Team is rushing to the disaster area to carry out disaster relief tasks.

After the earthquake
Due to the severe losses caused by this earthquake, multiple houses collapsed and people were trapped. The rescue situation is quite severe. The New Era Robot Emergency Rescue Team first dispatched firefighting reconnaissance robots to efficiently operate the weather conditions, terrain, and personnel search and rescue at the disaster site, and successfully rescued one affected person.
