Through reviewing materials and on-site inspections, they conducted key inspections on more than 20 aspects of the basic conditions for the construction of the emergency rescue team, including personnel allocation, drafting of articles of association, implementation of funds, team equipment, material reserves, rescue equipment, business premises, establishment of management responsibilities, and establishment of management systems, emergency rescue plans, emergency training exercises, and emergency rescue support
