Smart emergency mission must be achieved! Firefighting robots participate in the "Emergency Mission 2021" earthquake relief exercise

On the morning of May 14th at 10 o'clock, the Office of the State Council Earthquake Relief Command, the Ministry of Emergency Management, and the People's Government of Sichuan Province jointly held the "Emergency Mission · 2021" earthquake relief exercise in Ya'an City, Sichuan Province and other places. This is the first large-scale on-site inspection exercise held by the Ministry of Emergency Management in three years since its establishment.
This exercise mobilized more than 6100 emergency forces and set up 26 practical exercise subjects. In the process of extinguishing a fire in a hazardous chemical storage tank, the exercise simulated the "rupture" and "leakage" of an oil pipeline located northeast of six 3000m ³ storage tanks in a gasoline tank area, forming a flow area of approximately 500 square meters and causing multiple tank explosions.
